HARTLEY RANCH STEAK RESTAURANT IN COSTA RICA.  We are one of the most unique restaurants in Costa Rica due to the fact that we supply our restaurants straight from the ranch in Stephenville Texas. Our cattle are raised humanely and never given added hormones or antibiotics 100% all natural USDA prime and waygu. We are located in Jaco Beach, Jaco Walk  commercial center. Our black angus and waygu cattle  are all raised humanely and without added hormones or antibiotics; We specialize in heavy corn fed cattle which are USDA certified prime and waygu.

We are the second Angus program ever certified by the USDA over 25 years ago.

While our Hartley beef is a well recognized international brand, we also carry a wide range of fresh never frozen seafood. Our lobster, shrimp, tuna and grouper are delivered fresh daily from the Puntarenas boats.

We market our 100% Black Angus to U.S  restaurants such as #1 Peter Luger in New York and Wolfgang Puck in Beverly Hills. Our customer of 26 years HEB Central Market in Texas is regarded by many to be the finest supermarket in the world. 

Last but not least, fine beef deserves the best wine. Our wine cellar includes four of the five first  growth wines from France as well as all the great labels from Napa Valley California.
