Reservation Policies

  1. Booking Confirmation:
    • A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of the specified booking deposit or full payment, as per the chosen payment option.
  2. Payment:
    • A non-refundable booking deposit of 20% of the total rental amount is required to secure the reservation.
    • The remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to the check-in date.
    • For last-minute bookings made within 8 days of check-in, the full payment is required at the time of booking.

Cancelation Policies

  1. Cancellation Policy:
    • Cancellations made 25 days or more before the check-in date will receive a 100% refund of the total rental amount, excluding the booking deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 15 days of the check-in date will receive a 50% refund of the total rental amount, excluding the booking deposit.
    • Cancellations made within 8 days of the check-in date are non-refundable.
  2. Security Deposit:
    • A refundable security deposit of $800 USD is required at the time of check-in. This will be refunded at the day of check-out, provided no damages or policy violations are identified.
  3. Check-In/Check-Out:
    • Check-in time is at 1 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability or additional fees.
  4. Occupancy Limits:
    • The maximum occupancy for the rental property depends of the specification of the property listing. Additional guests may incur extra charges or result in termination of the reservation without a refund.
  5. Pets and Smoking:
    • Pets are not allowed in the rental property. A fee may apply for pet-friendly accommodations.
    • Smoking is not allowed inside the rental property. Violation of this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.
    • Property Rules:
      • Guests are expected to adhere to all property rules outlined in the rental agreement, including noise restrictions, use of amenities, and any other specific guidelines.

Annulment Policies

  1. Force Majeure:
    • The property owner/management is not responsible for any unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters or other events beyond their control. In such cases, the reservation may be rescheduled or refunded.
  2. Communication:
  • Guests are encouraged to communicate any issues or concerns during their stay promptly. The property owner/management will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any problems.
