The ground floor along with the pool is dedicated to the separate entertainment room (accessible in the backyard). This private space has a living area, TV, pool table, foosball table and small kitchenette with sliding doors that open up to the pool.

Guests enter the second floor of the property via the front door. Here you will find the main living room, dining area, and kitchen. The living space opens up to a balcony patio with stairs that lead down to the pool area.
-Master bedroom #1 is located on this floor with a spacious walk-in closet and attached full bathroom. A half bathroom is also on this floor.
